After reading this book, I realized that what I was doing the whole time was based on the book, "The One Minute Manager." What I need to do now is to teach my underclass the essence of having goals, giving praises, and making positive criticisms. These practices need to be passed from one class to another to establish a progressive Cadet Corps and relationship with each other.
