The Philippine National Police Academy, a premier educational institution, envisions itself as the center of professional and moral excellence. It allows cadets to become upright and competent public safety leaders. Through its mission, the PNPA and its personnel continue to innovate mechanisms to ensure discipline among cadets.

The PNPA Director, PMGEN Eric E. Noble has made significant and remarkable changes in the Academy. This is through strengthening extra-curricular activities like the revival of Clubs and Organizations of different Corps Squads to develop the skills and talents of the Cadet Corps in both sports and academic fields. This way, the cadets can channel their potential and time into productive endeavors.
Instilling Discipline: The Noble Way

Moreover, PMGEN Eric E. Noble also launched his flagship program, 'War Against Hazing, Guard Against Maltreatment ', famously known as WAHGAM. It is an initiative that calls all cadets to abide by the guidance of the present leadership to instill discipline and competence through a holistic and professional approach.
The PNPA Tactics Group has implemented measures aligned with the policies set forth by the Director. DR system has been invoked to instill discipline without employing any physical punishments to be consistent with the higher authorities' instructions. Also, merits are awarded to deserving cadets whose talents and skills promote the image of the Academy.

As a PNPA cadet, participating in this crusade against maltreatment is essential in
preventing the malpractices inside the Academy. The efforts and actions taken by the authorities will only be of value if the Cadet Corps cooperate with changes being advocated in terms of its disciplinary mechanisms. We should be the anchor in administering these changes, the guiding light of all those who refuse to embrace the new ‘Academy'.
