thank you sir!

This article is dedicated to express my utmost gratitude and admiration for PMGEN ERIC E NOBLE, the Director of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), who has played a vital role in shaping the organization's graduating cadets into outstanding leaders. I have a deep respect for the Director's determination to continue teaching, which is a testament to his commitment to the cadets' education and training.

I also admire the Director's ability to run the PNPA as a whole, which is a difficult job that requires strong leadership skills. We, the PNPA Cadets, know how important Mrs. Noble, the Director's wife, has been in helping us learn and grow. Additionally, I also want to express my appreciation for the Director's son, who introduced me to wakeboarding as an extracurricular activity.

We are fortunate to have the Director as our mentor and leader, and how he has centered our activities from the United States Coast Guard (USCG) and United States Military Academy (USMA). This has provided us a valuable opportunity to learn about proper behavior and conduct ourselves in a manner befitting our profession.

For the aspiring youth who wish to become cadets of the PNPA, I want to share some of the lessons that the Director has instilled in me. These include the importance of staying focused, persevering through obstacles, staying disciplined, and developing good habits to stay on track.

My mother has never been so confident with my performance in the PNPA, thanks to the guidance and supervision of the Director. The Director definitely deserves an extra star on his shoulder for his dedication to education and leadership, which will help him gain greater influence over the population, particularly the youth and future Cadets.

In conclusion, I express my gratitude and admiration for PMGEN ERIC E NOBLE and hope that other mentors around the world will share his passion for learning. I will forever thank the Lord for providing us with a Director who has the heart of a great leader.
